Pasta con salsiccia



salsiccia – cipolla – aglio
vino bianco –  panna.

Rosolate una cipolla affettata e 1 spicchio d’aglio in olio e un goccio d’acqua; levate l’aglio, unite 500 gr di salsiccia priva di budello, 1/2 bicchiere di vino bianco e continuate la cottura. Quando sarà pronta unite 1 brik di panna da cucina e del prezzemolo. Cuocete la pasta, scolate e saltate in padella unendo prezzemolo, parmigiano e/o pecorino.
